Nice place with amenities like wi-fi, a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, and friendly staff who printed my important documents on my first stay. I highly recommend it! I’m coming back for Christmas.

It was just a balanced option for strolling in Rotorua with good value. I enjoyed a private thermal spa pool in the room that helped me relax after a long day. Try to book a room away from the main road for a quieter experience.

The hot tub was amazing, but the sulphur smell took some getting used to.

There was a cleaning product spillage on the bathroom floor during room service, which should have been caught. the rooms could greatly benefit from some air conditioning or heat pumps, as they can get a bit stuffy. Limited options for tea and the absence of kitchen towels made cooking a little inconvenient too.

the kings was an absoluteley disappointing experience. the hot tub smelled so chlorine-y it was almost unbearable, and the outdated bathroom was unacceptable, not to mention the floor-to-ceiling windows giving no privacy—how tacky. a simple welcome gift woudl ve been nice, considering the horrid sulphur smell outside. just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review.

We felt right at home with everything we needed in our cozy two-bedroom unit, and the glow worm tour was a fantastic highlight! The heated pool and BBQ facilities made our downtime super relaxing. While the outdoor area could use a little sprucing up, it didn’t take away from the fun we had. 🌟

i had a great stay at the kings during my visit to rotorua. the one-bedroom apartment with the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. the heated pool was a highlight for my family, and overall, it exceeded my expectations.

Had an very nice anniversary weekend getaway! Tristen greeted us like we were family and even invited us to use the motel bikes for free.

The stay wasn’t exactly cheap but it was still reasonable.

The room was super comfortable, especially with the hot tub! My son loved it too. The staff was really friendly and made our stay feel special. the heated pool was awesome. The only thing I’d say is that a fan would be nice for the warmer days. Still, we enjoyed all the fun activities we could do nearby.
